We know that there are many code generator tools and we also know that automatic code generation has many limitations.
Anyway, we had not found a code generator that suited our needs, and so we developed one. Sar-K has proved itself useful. Data modelization through a database schema is of course not the best solution, but in our experience is the easiest and one of the most used.
