Sar-K was developed in Java, with Java Swing for the user interface. We use Java 1.6 to run an compile it. So you need a platform with full 1.6 Java support to run Sar-K.

To manage Sar-K dependencies and to compile it we use Maven. You must install Maven or the Eclispe plugin for Maven in order to compile it.

Currently Sar-K build has been tested in Windows and Linux environments. If you have tested it with other operating systems please let us know.
