Sar-K history

Sar-K was created from an idea of a couple of lazy developers, that had always to deal with complex and ever-changing databases. Why not search for a method to automatically generate that boring, error-prone code?

At that time, there was no available solution as flexible as the one Sar-K was meant to cover, so it seemed a good idea to start a new project.

For some years, Sar-K was just a company-internal tool: it had no graphical user interface apart from Eclipse, all configuration files had to be changed by hand, and so on. In the end someone had the bright idea: let's try to make Sar-K available outside our company!

And so the Sar-K as you can find now was born: we developped a Java GUI, that allows to easily interact with all the configuration files that Sar-K needs.
